Hello and welcome to RICS IT Day 2012

There are 4 competitions would be conducted during the IT Day.
1.            Post card design (Individual work)
2.            GIF animation image design (Group work)
3.            Digital printing on T-shirt (Group work)
4.            Homepage designing (Group work)

General rules

1                   All competitions are conducted in a class bases.

2                   Students will work in a group of 3 – 4 per competition.

3                   Every class must provide minimum 1 group per competition, which means 1 class must provide at least 3 groups plus the individual participant(s) for the Post card design.

4                   All competitions will be held in computer lab under supervision of one assigned teacher.

5                   The themes of all the competitions can be any of these;

·         Easter

·         Javan rhino

·         Kartini day

·         Earth day

6                   Participants can use any software they like.

7                   Students must save their file under this structure:

        Competition type-Student Name-Class
        E.g: Postcard-Regie Atmadja-1B

8                    Students can submit the soft copy of their design via email to ricsitday2012@gmail.com

9                   Students who are familiar with google docs, may upload your design to google docs and share with us using our email address above.

10               Students who are not participating must stay in MPH and watch the movie “the Social Network”.

11                No printed documents are required to submit.

12               Event committee will provide all the papers, T-shirts, and printing services for the nominated designs.

13               If you could not finish uploading your design during the competition, you still have time until Tuesday 10 April 2012.

14               Announcement for the winner and awarding the certificate and the prizes will be on Friday, 13 April 2012.

Awarding policies and Prizes

·         There will be only 1 nominated design from each competition from each class.

·         1st winner – Book voucher Rp. 100.000/member + certificate

·         2nd winner – Book voucher Rp. 75.000/member + certificate

·         3rd winner – Book voucher Rp. 50.000/member + certificate

·         All participants will have an extra credit for their Computer subject for all levels.
